Are your products safe for all breeds and sizes?
Size GuideYes! Each item is handmade with comfort and durability in mind. Just be sure to check our size guide for the best fit.
If you need bigger or smaller than my everyday sizes, please reach out to me. I can't guarantee that I will have the pattern you’re wanting, but I will do what I can for you and your pup.

Can I shop your products in person?
Unfortunately, we are currently on the road in Kentucky! But stay tuned for dates of local markets we will be coming to this fall/winter!

Do you offer replacements if something breaks?
If something breaks due to a crafting defect, please reach out within 30 days. We want you and your pup to be happy!

What is the Refund or Return Options?
We want you and your pup to be HAPPY!! Because each box is made to order, we do not offer refunds, but if there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.

Are the treats safe for ALL Dogs?
Yes! All treats included in the boxes are made from dog-safe ingredients. We know a lot of dogs CAN'T have Chicken, so NO TREATS will contain Chicken.

Will both bandana's be for a specific Holiday?
No! In our Tail Waggin' Boxes, we will include 1 Holiday Specific Bandana (if a holiday falls that month) and 1 Classic Bandana, that your pup can wear all the time!
